Ruptly is live from outside Charite Hospital in Berlin, on Tuesday, August 25 as Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny continues to receive treatment. According to a statement issued by the hospital on Monday afternoon, Navalny remains in the ICU in a medically-induced coma. "Clinical finds indicate he was poisoned"and although at the moment there is no acute danger for his life, it cannot be excluded that his nervous system will be affected. The politician landed in Berlin in the early hours of Saturday and was brought to the hospital in a German military intensive care transport. Navalny fell ill on a flight from Tomsk to Moscow on Thursday morning. The plane made an emergency landing in Omsk where the anti-corruption campaigner was rushed to a hospital.
